Ongoing Booking: 35 Point Checklist for biweekly, weekly and twice a week!
Our Cleaning Angels come in uniform and company transport, using pet-friendly organic supplies and equipment. They carry a detailed Work Order from your initial booking.
This checklist is most desirable for ongoing services. If you are having a first time service, we require more time to orient ourselves with your home.
We recommend selecting Special Requests for all first time or one time bookings (see below).
Bathrooms
Bathtub and shower enclosure
Inside, out and behind toilet
Lights, mirrors, sink, countertops (lifting things up), cabinet fronts
Polish chrome
Vacuum ceiling fan cover
Light switches, door knobs
Replace garbage liner
Vacuum and hand wash floors
Kitchen
If dishwasher empty, start new load (we do not unload or hand wash)
Microwave inside
Stove top
Fridge front polished
Backsplash, counter tops, cupboard fronts
Garburator, sink and taps
Wipe telephones, light switches, door knobs
Replace garbage and recycling liners (and leave it beside your door if not possible to take out)

Balcony awning washing / moss removal
Barn
Bathtub full of water (for health purposes, please drain water before we come)
Blood
Cobwebs or dusting above 10 foot ceiling
Curtains or cotton window coverings
Dead animals
Drugs
Excrement (only droppings inside a cat litter box will be picked up)
Fireplace
Flood Damage
Guns
High hanging fans, lights over 8 ft or large chandeliers
Inside vents and heaters
Large blood spills
Mold and mildew (please call us for a referral to a specialist)
Organize, sort or shred papers and documents
Outside windows (except patio sliding doors)
Severely aged or moldy window tracks
Soot or fire damage
Tile grout (shower grout is cleaned, though discoloring of silicone is permanent)
