Yes we do! Our crew representatives will provide a free 5 minute Before & After Walk-Through where you have time in inspect the results to guarantee your satisfaction. As well, you can call us within 24 hours of completion to fix anything at no extra charge. We love our clients and we always take care of you.

3. Do I need to be home during my cleaning?

You can come and go as you please as long as you make arrangements about opening and closing beforehand. You can either provide us with a key or notify us about a hidden one. If you have an alarm system, you’ll need to provide us with a code if you’re not home. We will make sure everything is secure before leaving and lock the door when we exit.

4. Are your cleaning chemicals safe?

Our home cleaning products are professional-grade, organic, and biodegradable so they are completely safe for your family, children and pets. We do use chemicals for oven cleaning and grout cleaning special requests. Our vacuums are HEPA filter, perfect for those with severe allergies to dust. As well, we bring brand new rags and sponges for every home to avoid cross-contamination.

5. Can I tip?

Absolutely! Our cleaning work extremely hard. They will gladly accept tips by cash or billed to your credit card.


6. What is included in the cleaning?

Our online estimate feature is always based on our most popular checklists:

7. How long and how many cleaners do I get?

We aim to accommodate your preference for number of people. From 1 housekeeper to a team of 6 deep cleaners for larger projects. Our regular team for weekly, biweekly, spring cleans has 2-4 cleaning angels. This ensures are faster, more efficient service where you have the rest of the day to enjoy.

8. Preparation before my service?

Please do not clean! Our job is to take your headache away. If you have shy pets, we are pet friendly and you do not need to lock them away. If you requested bed linens changed, please put the clean linens on the designated beds. Lastly, please pick up any jewellery or small valuables fallen onto the floor, so that we do not vacuum it up by accident!


9. What is included in the cleaning?

Our process includes pre-treatment, treatment of traffic areas and pet or food stains, shampoo wash, 3-step hot water rinse and extraction. Vacuuming and furniture moving fees can be quoted to your wish.

10. Preparation before my service?

Please vacuum your carpet, pickup clothing and knickknacks off the areas you wish cleaned. Please make a clear walking pathway in the hallways so we can maneuver our equipment around without touching your things.

11. What is the drying time?

Between 5 and 10 hours depending on the thickness of carpet/upholstery, ventilation, heating and humidity of the room.


12. Do you do commercial related cleaning?

Yes, we have a dedicated crew for after hour, weekend commercial cleaning. We can do daily maintenance cleaning as well as quarterly high dusting. We have cleaned:
